DVD Cover
The DVD Cover was created on Photoshop. I used 2 photos for the cover, the front cover uses a photo taken from the Wedding Photo Shoot. I used the Photo Filter Adjustment Layer to give the image a warmer look.
The back image was a still taken from the film, I used the same Filter but didn't put as much of the effect onto it. For the spine I used a tan brown layer because it blended well with the images and didn't look too dark or too bright.
DVD Label
I created 5 different label designs before deciding on one. The 4 I didn't decide were just stills from the film but the final design had a little bit more of a design to it using the blend tool on Photoshop to put 2 images together to make the disc look better than having an image just dropped onto it.
DVD Menu
The Main Menu was created using a still from the film, no effects were used in the image. The Buttons were created in Encore, I never had any issues in the making the buttons for this menu. I created the 3 selections in Photoshop and used Encore to turn them into the buttons.
The Extras Menu was also created using a still image from the film the buttons were created the same but instead of being linked to different menus they were linked to videos. There was no issues in doing this.
The different Scene Selection Menus were a little harder to do compared to the other two menus, they were created the same as the other menus except these menus had images linked as buttons as well, the image and text were linked in Photoshop to make them able to link to menus.
Final Evaluation
The menus all linked together very well the buttons to the videos went to the videos they were supposed to and stopping the videos playing went back to the main menu.
